Nature's insect trap

This morning at the marsh I noticed a spider web in the grass, outlined in dew, and upon a closer look saw that the spider was home. These are tunnel webs that have a hole where the tunnel-web spider lays in wait for some unsuspecting insect to enter. The spider was on the underside of the web, so was upside down.

How to Post a Comment

It seems there's some confusion as to how to make a comment, so I hope these directions make it easier (I like getting feedback).

Step 1: Under any posting, click on "O comments" (or "1 comment" or "2 comments", whatever the case may be). A new window will open, titled "Post a Comment" above a big blank space.

Step 2: Under the big space you'll see "Comment as" followed by a small space with a little blue box at the right end with a "v" in it. Click on the "v", and a menu will drop down.

Step 3: Click on "Name/URL" in the menu, and another window will open, titled "Edit profile". Enter your name, and ignore the URL part. Click "Continue".

Step 4: Write your comment in the big box.

Step 5: Click "Post Comment" (or you can click "Preview" first if you want to edit your comment before posting)
